NEARPOD ACTIVITY (MALL) - Reflection
Hi, guys..!
Welcome back..! In this post, I would like to share my reflection when I doing this project with my friends. So, we have made a mobile learning activity, it is called Nearpod. Actually, this project is a pair work. However, I still do my assignment as well.
So, let's get started..!
The target students for our activity is specifically for 8th graders of Junior High School. The learning objective is to get the students understanding about Present Perfect Simple Tense. Later, the students will be able to use Present Perfect form correctly in their daily conversation.
Here are the steps of how to make a Nearpod:
1. Open your Internet applications (Mozilla, Chrome, etc.)
2. Open www.google.com
3. Or simply type Nearpod in your Google search.
4. Enter the code of the lesson.
5. Click "Join the Lesson".
6. Work on it once a week.
When we made our project using this program, there are many advantages and disadvantages using this program. For the advantages, we can just upload our PowerPoint slides there easily. And for the disadvantages, when we would like to attach our exercise to be an answerable exercise, and when we would like to attach the outside classroom activity because it should be clickable.
And also, we got an useful feedback from our lecturer. We can start our presentation by explanation or in another way, we can start by giving them an exercise first. So that, the students will think about what they are going to learnt that day.
